Villa- Malibu CA, Greek Theater Art Exhibit and Mask Making
Workshop |
I
am teaching a mask workshop at the beautiful Getty
Villa Museum in December. You will have a guided tour
of the Getty's special art exhibition on Greek Theater,
see a demonstration of how Greek masks were used in
performance, then you will get to paint your own Greek
mask to take home with you. This mask is a performance
quality mask from Ravenwood Masks, based on traditional
Greek theater mask design. The photo shows one of
the masks available at the workshop.
